Choose the right route
Sia uses a purpose-built connection when one is available and computer use when the desktop itself is the task surface.
Review consequential work
Messages, uploads, sharing, and other writes show the exact target and content before they happen, unless you explicitly choose a broader approval policy.
Keep the record
Activity, approvals, errors, and outcomes stay organized by thread so a run can be inspected rather than guessed at.

Alpha schedules run locally while Sia is open and the Mac is awake. Sia shows that boundary before relying on the schedule.
Research release
Raw by design. Optional by choice.
Signed-in alpha participation records complete task-visible activity for agent-behavior research. Local mode remains available without a Sia account or cloud upload.
Prompts, replies, reasoning shown to you, commands, tool activity, approvals, errors, computer events, and captured images.
Organized events are encrypted in AWS. Cloud content expires after 90 days under the alpha policy.
Authorized research administrators use MFA. Reads produce immutable metadata-only audit records.
